A free client discovery call will be arranged before booking sessions to explore your needs and questions.

Sessions last 50-60 minutes, and can be done face-to-face or online via Zoom.

Face-to-face sessions usually take place at Lotus Therapy Centre in Mansfield, or Hetty's in Mansfield Woodhouse. However, other options such as walk & talk, are available for coaching sessions.
